By carefully establishing connecting with the ground, and lining up the body from the feet up, one begins to sense balance. Muscles can relax. This gives rise to rest and calm.

Day 2 – Well Being is the Shape of the Heart – An Online Retreat
Begin with a bit of movement and loosening so energy can flow freely. Once movement stops, sense into subtler aspects of bodily experience – where there is stability, space, connection. A lightness, even playfulness, is encouraged in meditation. Enjoy.
Day 3 – Well Being is the Shape of the Heart – An Online Retreat
A meditation to develop the ability to play, make mistakes, try again.
Day 4 – Well Being is the Shape of the Heart – An Online Retreat
If the back is not yet strong enough to sustain the sitting posture, standing offers relief. The feet, legs and ground sustain the upright posture so shoulders and upper body can relax. The key reference is balance.
Day 4 – Well Being is the Shape of the Heart – An Online Retreat
